We offer 3 shipping options:

1. Ground Service - approximately 2-5 business days in transit
2. 2nd Day Air - 2 business days in transit
3. Next Day Air - 1 business day in transit

An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order. Please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed. If you would like to have the original wood case shipped (if applicable), please note this in "Special Shipping Instructions" upon submission of your order. This is a supplemental charge of $12 per case to ship via Ground service.

Return policy
By law, Bottles & Cases can only accept return of goods that are defective in quality. If you have any concerns about your purchase, or received wrong merchandise, please contact 631-423-9463, or EMAIL US within 30 days of delivery. Any wines which are five years or older are purchased at the buyer's own risk and are not subject to refund or return.
