Intense red color with blue and purple glints. Complex aromas of plum ripe fruit and dry fig. Silky in the mouth with a long finish and good aftertaste. Fine sweet and ripe tannins. Excellent when paired with red meats pasta with spicy sauces matured cheeses. Winemaker's Notes
