Ingredients:
2 oz vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur
1 oz freshly brewed espresso, cooled
1/2 oz simple syrup
Coffee beans (for garnish)
Ice
Instructions:
Brew a shot of espresso and let it cool to room temperature.
Fill a shaker with ice.
Add the vodka, coffee liqueur, cooled espresso, and simple syrup to the shaker.
Shake the ingredients vigorously for about 15 seconds to create a frothy texture.
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a few coffee beans on top of the foam and enjoy your delicious espresso martini!
Note: You can adjust the sweetness of your espresso martini by adding more or less simple syrup according to your taste preferences.
