You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order you have represented to Bottles and Cases that you are at least 21. An adult signature is required for all deliveries.  Please note that your shipping costs are estimated. Actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is placed.  All shipments are automatically insured for the full value of the contents.

Many states restrict the shipment of wine and spirits.  Please accept our apologies if we are unable to ship to your area.

We can ship wine to the following states via Fedex or UPS: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virginia, Wyoming, and the District of Columbia.

We ship spirits to the following states using UPS: Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Kentucky, Maryland, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, Connecticut, Iowa, Minnesota, Massachusetts, Florida, and Washington D.C.

Due to local laws and shipping carrier availability, it is possible that we may be unable to ship to your address even if you reside in one of the above states/regions. Please consult your local laws before placing an order.

Bottles and Cases is committed to getting your package to you in a timely manner. That being said, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time for package delivery due to carrier delays and restrictions.

Bottles and Cases is committed to ensuring that our customers receive a quality product.  Excessive exposure to heat can seriously damage the quality of wine.  As such, please note that any orders placed online may be held temporarily due to high temperatures.  We are happy to accommodate shipping at a later date during a cooler time of year.  We will hold the order in our temperature-controlled storage facility at no additional cost to you.  This is the best way to ensure that you receive quality wine every time.

Return policy 
If you have any concerns about your purchase or received wrong merchandise, please contact 631-423-9463, or email us within 30 days of delivery. Any wines which are five years or older are purchased at the buyer's own risk and are not subject to refund or return.
