Ingredients:

2 oz Rye whiskey
1 oz Sweet vermouth
2-3 dashes bitters
Maraschino cherry (for garnish)
Orange peel (for garnish)
Ice
Instructions:

Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Add the Rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters to the mixing glass.
Stir the ingredients together for about 30 seconds until they are well chilled.
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a twist of orange peel, and enjoy your delicious Manhattan cocktail!
