"A marriage of hand-selected rye barrels that were all distilled in Indiana and matured in Kentucky. After six years in their original charred oak barrels, the whiskey was batched and then re-barreled into new Char 1 oak barrels. This bottling is released at Barrel Proof, non-chill filtered. On the nose, this whiskey is vibrant with notes of lemon peel and gumdrops. Once sipped, flavors of butterscotch and vanilla are present before giving way to notes of candied orange.
