"Made from mature Tequilana Weber agave. Cooked in traditional stone/brick ovens and then fermented with champagne yeast and twice distilled in copper pots for a full agave aroma and flavor. There are notes of cooked agave, citrus and black pepper. Each batch is then bottled in handcrafted artisanal glass bottles." Distiller's Notes
