"Crafted from estate-farmed agaves in the highlands of Los Altos de Jalisco. These agaves are harvested at peak maturirty and meticulously slow-cooked to unlock their rich flavors of sweet honey.The agave then undergoes natural fermentation with wild yeasts, enriching the tequila with fruitiness and a hint of spice. The tequila then undergoes a careful double distillation in traditional pot stills, followed by aging in oak barrels, which imparts notes of creamy caramel." Tasting Notes
