"A mesmerizing malt, matured in refill American and European Oak, then double matured in wine-seasoned casks. It is the only remaining single malt distillery on the Black Isle. Dry overall, a vinous scent is backed by spicy, woody notes of oak shavings and beech, blended with tart, red berry fruit, and vanilla. A well-balanced ultra-smooth texture.
