"Villa Cardea is obtained from IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) lemons grown in the gardens around Sorrento. The IGP rules require a very short and natural ingredients list: lemons peel macerated in pure alcohol, sugar, water? and the Sorrento sunshine? At least 250 g. of lemons are used to produce 1 liter of limoncello. 30% alcohol by volume." Producer Notes
