"Notes of white flowers and citrus with a crisp and refreshing minerality. It is made by gently pressing whole clusters of sustainably farmed, estate grown fruit. It is then fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in steel to maximize its youthfulness and aromatic character. Mark Squires of the Wine Advocate said 'Many on the East Coast make fruity Sauvignon with grass and green notes. What they sometimes lack, however, is some zing and zest - I love the way Bedell's Sauvignons accomplish that.'"
